Can I run a hd6990 on my 600 watt power supply?

I was just wondering if a hd 6990 would run on my system!

AMD phenom II 965 x4 3.4

Ecs 785gm-m

2x 640gb caviar green hdd's in raid 0|||Never ever possible. Minimum PSU required for your desktop is 800 Watt. You cannot run the HD 6990. Its a very power hungry card. The card itself consumes 250 watts idle and above 400 watt on load. Phenom II X4 965 consumes 130 watts. Rest of 70 watts is impossible to run 2 HDDs.

For Radeon HD 5770, minimum given in the website is 400. One can run it on a 400Watt if he has like a Core i3, 1HDD, 1Opt Drive. For your desktop you need a 500watt to run it.
