Intel Core i7 2600k
Radeon HD6990
16gb DDR3 Ram (Dual Channel) @ 1333MH/z|||Strange setup you've got there, why don't you just get a 2500k and 2 6950s, or 2 6970s? 2 6950s will match or beat the 6990, but will run MUCH quieter and cost alot less. 2 6970s will destroy the 6990, and cost a similar amount of money.
Also, since this seems to be a gaming build, why get a 2600k now? The i5 2500k offers 99% the performance of the 2600k, but in reality, no game will come close to maxing out either processor. Just save the money now, get a 2500k, and use that money upgrade to an Ivy Bridge processor when they come out in April.
But as for a motherboard? This is my personal fave right now. PCIE 3.0 (as opposed to 2.0) means maximum future compatibility with the Radeon 7000 series, GTX 600 series, and beyond

As you seem to be the overkill kind of person, this one is the overkill kind of motherboard.
